These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, registration for webinars, business tours, trade delegations, and participation in industry WhatsApp networks under applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our platform, submitting registration forms, or joining our business networks, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services & Community Membership
- Trade Fairs & Business Delegations: We organize delegations, factory visits, and guided trade tours (e.g., Canton Fair, Yiwu Tour, CIFF, Mega Show). Specific tour packages may require separate agreements, visa requirements, and deposit conditions.
- Webinars & Educational Sessions: Webinar registrations grant access to live and recorded trade briefings. Content provided is for informational and educational purposes.
- Industry WhatsApp Networks: Community members joining industry WhatsApp groups must adhere to professional networking guidelines. Spamming, unauthorized advertising, or harassment will result in immediate removal.
3. Due Diligence & Supplier Verification Disclaimer
While Biz Global Community prioritizes credible sourcing channels, factory leads, and community-vetted opportunities, every business member is required to perform independent commercial, legal, and quality due diligence before executing trade contracts, issuing advance payments, or finalizing import/export deals. The Company shall not be liable for commercial disputes between third-party buyers and suppliers.
4. User Code of Conduct
In accordance with Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, users agree not to upload, host, display, or share any information that is harmful, unlawful, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or violates Indian laws.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, and course material published on this website are the intellectual property of M/s AVNI MICE Solutions Private Limited or its content partners. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Company and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from tour cancellations due to force majeure events (including visa rejections, trade fair rescheduling, or government restrictions).
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
